Our Staging Process

  • Preview – A Lead Designer will assess the property to determine the staging needs. (At No Charge)

  • Proposal – You will receive a customized staging proposal within 24-48 hours.

  • Agreement and Selection – Once we receive the signed Proposal, the installation date is scheduled and the Lead Designer selects all appropriate inventory.

  • Delivery and Installation – The Lead Designer gets to work transforming each space and is typically completed in one day.

Our Pricing

We offer a 1-month minimum lease period with the option to continue renting on a month-to-month basis. The first month includes monthly inventory lease, one time staging fee, delivery/setup and de-staging/pick up fee.
