A vacant property can be difficult to sell and statistics show they typically sell for 10 percent less with increased time on the market. An empty home lacks warmth and every flaw can be magnified when Buyers tour the property. Staging plays a critical role in highlighting the features of the home and allowing prospective Buyers to envision themselves living there. Statistics show that 63% of Buyers are more likely to write an offer on a Staged vs. a non-Staged property, resulting in a shorter time on market and higher sale price.
Our 6-Step Staging Process
Preview – A Lead Designer will assess the property to determine the staging needs.
Proposal – You will receive a customized staging proposal within 24 hours.
Agreement Sent Electronically – Once we receive the signed Agreement, we schedule your property for staging and our Lead Designer begins the selection process.
Delivery & Setup – Our Logistics Team expertly packs, loads and delivers the staging furnishings carefully and without incident.
Install – Our Lead Designer and Assistants get to work transforming each space. The staging process is typically completed in one day.
De-Staging (Pick Up) – Once the property is pending, we request a 10 day notice to your closing to schedule the pick up. It is highly recommended to keep the house staged until inspections and appraisals are completed.
We offer a 1-month minimum lease period with the option to continue renting on a month-to-month basis. The first month includes monthly furniture lease, one time staging fee, delivery and tear down/pick up fee.
